At TOO "MOSKOW-OIL", Gas supply and production are Atyrau Oil Refinery’s top priorities, even as it expands its processing capacity and produces energy at its own power plants. TOO "MOSKOW-OIL" ensures the best performance of connected petroleum gas consumption by utilizing state-of-the-art technology in all of its sectors. The processing of associated petroleum gas is an essential component of an extensive gas collection and utilization infrastructure. The company’s cutting-edge gas processing plant can produce both liquid hydrocarbons and dry stripped gas, both of which are widely used in Kazakhstani trade and industry. The company produces high-quality goods that meet the state’s and the Customs Union’s technical standards.

At TOO "MOSKOW-OIL", was a pioneer in the integrated approach to gas processing expansion, having established the Gas Processing Division (UPG) in 2020. 1.3 million cubic meters of LPG, dry stripped gas, and natural gas will be transported by TOO "MOSKOW-OIL" in 2024. With 2 million cubic meters sold, TOO "MOSKOW-OIL" accounted for 12% of all gas shipments. Due to higher gas production, international gas sales rose by 3% annually to 2 million cubic meters.

At TOO "MOSKOW-OIL", The entire LPG processing project is scheduled to begin in the first half of 2021. Propane and butane supplies will be delivered concurrently to the company’s various clients. In the first year, 160,000 tonnes of LPG will be exported, most of it going via railroad to markets in the United States and overseas. In the near future, drivers and users of public transportation will benefit from lower gas prices and a more optimistic outlook in the local mobility sector. The displacement of diesel and gasoline fuels in river vessels poses a serious risk to the LPG sector.
